Middle Kaligandaki Hydro Electric Project (66.3 MW)

The Middle Kaligandaki (Madhya Kaligandaki) Hydropower Project is a 66.3 MW run-of-the-river clean energy facility currently under construction in the Myagdi District of Nepal, Promoted by the IME Group.

My Involvemet

  • Cost Preparation for the Bidding process of the project.

  • Design and drawing of HM components such as Radial Gates, Vertical Gates, Stoplogs, Trashracks and associated accessories.

  • Coordination with site engineers and project technical teams to ensure alignment of design and site execution.

  • Supervision of the fabrication and installation process of HM equipment at both workshop and project sites.

  • Preparation of Project Schedule & Manufacturing Schedules and ensured all activities met ISO 9001 QMS documentation requirements.

  • Shipment coordination of fabricated components to project destinations, as per customer agreements.

  • Preparation of Progress Reports, Running Bill, and documentation throughout project execution.
